My journey with food began in the heart of Paris, where I first stepped into the world of baking and pastry. Surrounded by tradition, craftsmanship, and some of the most inspiring food culture in the world, I learned that great food is not just about taste — it is about care, detail, and creating something people remember. Paris gave me my foundation and taught me to respect the art behind every plate.

Hungry to grow even further, I moved to London to gain more experience and push myself in new environments. There, I continued to develop my skills, broaden my knowledge, and understand what it really takes to work at a high level in the food industry. It was a chapter that challenged me, shaped me, and gave me the confidence to dream bigger.

That dream eventually brought me to Manchester, where I began building my own path through private catering across the North of England. What started as a passion soon became something much bigger. Over time, I had the privilege of catering more than 100 hen parties and special events, creating dishes and experiences that brought people together and turned moments into memories.

Today, my journey has led me into the world of private chefing, where I now cook for a Premier League football player. It is a role that reflects everything I have worked towards — combining creativity, discipline, trust, and a deep understanding of personalised dining at the highest level.

From the bakeries of Paris, to the fast pace of London, to private catering in Manchester and elite private chef work today, every step of my story has shaped who I am as a chef. My mission is simple: to bring passion, elegance, and unforgettable flavour to every table I serve.
